Recognising a Driver Problem

You can always identify a
driver problem because the Device will not show any drivers
to connect to and will look like this.
Nothing appears in the
Video Source or the Video Standard

2. It should look like this

This image shows what you
should expect to see if all the capture drivers are
successfully installed.

Locate your Device Manager

|
To re-install the missing
drivers firstly Right mouse click on the 'My Computer' icon
on your desktop. Then click 'Properties'.

Then click Hardware

|
Then click the Hardware tab
and then the Device Manager.
|
| 5.
Locate your Device Manager

|
Driver problems are now
automatically highlighted with a yellow exclamation mark
|
| 6.
Follow prompts

|
Right mouse click on the
Yellow Explanation mark and select Update Driver....
You are now presented with
a screen prompting location of the drivers which is covered
in the following section. Please see
here for further advice.
